It is in our interest to solve everything in the shortest possible time, and solving your case will not take longer than necessary.<\/p><p>When can I file a complaint?<\/p><p>We assume responsibility for defects that the product has upon delivery, as well as for defects that may appear on the product in the next 24 months. We are not responsible for new defects due to improper use. In the case of a used product, we are not responsible for defects due to frequency of use and wear and tear that the used product showed upon delivery. In the case of products with an indicated expiration date, we are responsible for ensuring that the product will be usable within the specified period.<\/p><p>We would like to point out that increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction to the delivered product cannot be considered a product defect. Likewise, a defect in a free product or products that are free or that you did not order cannot be taken into consideration for a complaint. The images of the products in our e-shop are only there for the purpose of illustration and do not necessarily represent the characteristics of the product (for example, the packaging of the product may be different because the manufacturer has changed it).<\/p><p>What are my rights in the complaint process?<\/p><p>In the event of a defect in the product, we can compensate it in the form of a refund or exchange for another product.<\/p><p>Also, you have the right to demand the removal of defects by replacement or repair of the product.<\/p><p>If removing the defect would be impossible or inappropriate for us, you have the right to request a discount on the amount paid. In that case, the product remains with you, and we return part of the amount paid. However, if it is a major defect, you can terminate the purchase contract. In this case, you will send the product back to us, and we will refund the total amount paid for the product.<\/p><p>How can I file a complaint?<\/p><p>In the case of a decision to file a complaint, send the product together with the completed complaint form, which you can download from our website, to the address: FRAGRANCE RED d.o.o. Zagreb., Lj. Posavskog 36b, 10000 Zagreb<\/p><p>In case you fill out the form without the help of our staff, be sure to specify what the product defect is or how the defect manifests itself, and the way you want to resolve your complaint.<\/p><p>We will inform you in writing about the progress of the complaint, primarily about the receipt, resolution or non-acceptance of the complaint, via e-mail. If necessary, we can also contact you by phone.<\/p><p>We will make a decision on the complaint without delay. The resolution of the complaint, including the elimination of defects, generally does not take longer than 30 days. Otherwise, you have the right to terminate the purchase contract.
