TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT WITHOUT GIVING A REASON (PRODUCT RETURN)
Not satisfied with the chosen one? With us, product selection and shopping are free and risk-free. You can terminate the contract within 90 days without giving any reason.
When can I terminate the contract without giving a reason?
You can return any product you bought from us. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you just tried the product and concluded that it did not meet your expectations, you can return it. The only time you cannot return the product is if you have used it continuously, used up at least a tenth of its contents, or mechanically accidentally or intentionally damaged its functionality.
What is the procedure for terminating the contract without giving a reason?
Please notify us of your decision to terminate the contract within 90 days of delivery of the product. The best way is to send a notification to the e-mail address: info.zagreb@eminy.club or by calling the number: +385 92 404 6792. You can also use the contract termination form on our website.
Send the product to the address FRAGRANCE RED d.o.o. Zagreb, Ljudevita Posavskog 36b, 10000 Zagreb, without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. If you received additional products from us free of charge (“gift”) as part of the concluded contract, you must also return them.
We will return the amount you paid for the product within 14 days of the termination of the contract at the latest. We can make the payment in accordance with the law after you return the product to us. In case you terminate the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, you are also entitled to compensation for delivery in an amount equal to the cheapest method offered for delivery of the product. The costs related to the return of the product are borne by the buyer.
